- Most customers leverage reviews in some way. They are more likely to consider your business or even choose your product or service over another if you have more/better reviews.
- Reviews give you a chance to respond to clients. If it’s a good review, be sure to thank that customer and ask if you can use their review for promotion. If the review is less-than-positive, you can take the opportunity to reach out, attempt to resolve any issues, and grow as a business.
- One key way to get more reviews from your clients is to build it into every phase of your customer journey. All throughout the process of closing a sale, give your customers a chance to review the product or service they’ve received.
- If during this time of quarantine you’ve started trying something new–a different way to reach new clients, a refreshed marketing strategy, brand-new content or promotions–take a beat to assess what growth you’ve seen from that. If your business has benefitted in any way from what you’ve tried, double down!
- Think about how you can diversify what you’re already doing, whether it’s creating video content, reaching out and rewarding loyal customers, marketing your product, utilizing social media, etc. Continue doing what works for your business, but seek out new and different strategies to get more reviews.
