This week, Matt Quirk led us in a discussion of what we need to do to kick off the year strong. We considered ways to leverage relationships, make our operations simpler, plan for “always,” repurpose video content, and above all, keep answering the questions our ideal customers are asking.

- Repurpose your video content into clips, images/info-graphics, podcasts, and more.

- Don’t let email rule your day! Plan with the bigger picture in mind. How can you spend each day answering customer’s needs, directing them to your business, and converting their question into a solution?
