Collaborate with your fellow local business owners! We can only get stronger together. This week, our friends at LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce joined us at the Mastermind to help local business owners connect and collaborate! We were thrilled to have them co-sponsor the meeting, and it was exciting to meet many new faces from their chamber.

Here are our Top Takeaways from the evening:

  1. Of course, look into joining a local Chamber of Commerce to help you collaborate & connect with other local business partners and learn about area events and resources that can help your business thrive (shameless plug for LAX Coastal, if you’re in the South Bay area)!
  2. Many spring markets, bazaars, and sidewalk sales are switching to a virtual platform–explore these options! Could your product or service be showcased at a virtual sale?
  3. If your business has not used online review before, consider setting up a Yelp or Google My Business page and asking some of your most loyal customers to write reviews and referrals.
  4. Take advantage of the current booming digital and social media markets. Producing video content, leveraging the power of Instagram and Facebook, or connecting through Zoom or similar meeting services can provide many benefits!
  5. Remember that the lessons you’re learning through this crisis can be carried over after we all (eventually, slowly) begin to resume our lives. Never stop connecting, sharing, collaborating, and adapting!

We welcome you to come to the next Adapt & Thrive Mastermind. We meet every Thursday at 4:30pm PT. Our goal is to help businesses help each other. Together, we CAN and WILL get through this!
