Even as some states around the nation are starting the long process of reopening, our economy will take some time to recover. Local Links is dedicated to continuing our Adapt & Thrive sessions to help local business owners come together and support one another!
Adapt & Thrive Mastermind, May 7th Check out our Top Takeaways:
- Continue to be yourself–being genuine and true to your individual skillset and personality will draw people in and will help market your business.
- Engaging with the content of others helps new people notice and engage with your content. For example, on LinkedIn Pods, when you interact with or share someone’s content, their connections can then see some of your posts. (This concept applies even on websites where it’s not set by an algorithm.)
- Email marketing should mean value exchange, not just sales. You can also be using email to share stories, give updates, and offer solutions & support for your customers.
- Find your favorite aspect of your business and the way you best connect with clients, and double down on that. If social media is your new jam, post! If phone calls are more your style, pick up the phone! If video content is your niche, hit record!
- Remember your “why”… Why did you begin doing what you do? Why did you start this venture? Why do you offer your service to others? Why do you want your business to thrive? Keep that “why” in mind to stay motivated.
We encourage you to invite someone to join you at next week’s Adapt & Thrive. We are offering local businesses the opportunity to connect with others, share advice, collaborate together, and help each other grow.
