- It’s now time to move from being reactive to being proactive. What factors of this life–what factors of your business or your industry–can you control, and how can you best manage those factors? Let go of the things over which you have no control, so you can focus your efforts on what’s ahead.
- Identify what your customers may need more of by finding out what they need less of. Do you offer products or services to help them achieve their goals? Tell them how!
- Don’t forget to let your customers know, and to tell them often, where to find updates about your business. When your client base needs to stay current, how will they get that necessary info? Keep them up-to-date!
- Keep calm and keep going! If you run out of ideas, check in with others for advice. This is exactly why we host our weekly mastermind group! If you are finding success, share your tips with those who may need some encouragement.
