Another Mastermind in the Books
We had a mighty mastermind session! We’re always happy to get together to help local business owners. Continuing our adventure from last week, Matt Quirk gave us more great tips to create content, and never run out of it.
Top Takeaways from the Mastermind:
- Leverage the themes or “holidays” of the moment. Maybe it’s National Dog Day, Mother’s Day, Kindness Day–you can use that theme as a jumping off point to promote your product, service, or a special offer.
- Keep your core message at the forefront of your content. How does the service your business provides take care of a pain, inconvenience, or problem for your customer? How can your business help the community at large? Why is it important to you, the business owner or team, to help others?
- As Matt has said in a past presentation, meet your customers where they are. From there, target your content to give guidance for helping them get where they want to be.
- Keep in mind that Zoom is a valuable platform to connect or reconnect with your client base. We can all agree that Zoom is likely not going anywhere soon, so utilize the virtual face-to-face interaction to get to know your customers better and hear what they need from you.
- When you create content it doesn’t have to be complicated! If you’re ever unsure where to start, just broadcast the basics of your product, service, or business. Introduce your team. Showcase your most loyal customers. Voice the core values of your company. Keep it simple and straightforward.
Local Links is here to help your business flourish! We want to connect you with the people and software that will boost your team’s productivity and creativity to create content. We’re excited to see you again next week. Invite a friend or colleague to join!
