Screen shot of the Adapt and Thrive group talking about 2021 GoalsYear in Review: Our 2021 Goal? Keep Making Local Connections!

This week’s Adapt & Thrive Mastermind (our last mastermind of 2020!) was all about our Year in Review and planning for this upcoming year. But how do we plan, with all the chaos and unknowns we’ve already faced and are sure to continue facing in 2021? The group discussed our individual and business goals, as well as the dependent tasks, large and small, that will eventually bring those goals to life.

Here are a few of our takeaways:

  • How can you manifest the goals you’ve created for this coming year? You’ve got to put your goals out there into the world–tell others what you’re planning to do! Then ask a friend, colleague, or family member to hold you accountable. You can also join our Productivity Accountability Crew if you’d like some help from us.
  • Consistently seek ways to grow your business. Whether it’s venturing onto new social platforms, trying out different promotions and offers, or widening your network by meeting more people… keep doing it!
  • Think about how you can continue to support the local businesses in your community. Connect with other business owners. Form a partnership to make a certain project mutually beneficial and to add value for your customers. Most of all, you can share about the area businesses you love.

Year in Review

Every week, business owners are monitoring progress, seeking solutions to new problems, and as we say each week… We Adapt and Thrive.

But that barely scratches the surface of what needs to be accomplished. It’s holiday season. It’s the year end. It’s both of those things and more.

Local businesses are where communities come together, which is key to creating jobs and nurturing community opportunities.

We’ve been connecting local businesses for 10 months, building local links between power partners, both new and long-standing, via networking.

Releasing the Easy Alfred App

Now we’re excited to announce our next connection, Easy Alfred, our now officially launched web app. The world of travel brought change before COVID. Vacation rentals were already on the rise with 9 million houses listed in Airbnb and VRBO alone. Work from home or work from wherever brings new opportunities, new customers, new people excited to explore our local communities.

Our concierge, human/tech hybrid service, connects local businesses to guests via your ideal customer profile. Guests want the best experience their budget can buy without the inaccurate research based on inaccurate 5 star reviews.

Customer connections from friends and family come as recommendations. Let’s give the people visiting a direct line to the area’s best and favorite flavors, fun, and relaxation that connects safely.\

Let’s give businesses a better chance to thrive.

So, we will mastermind, come together, be better together as power partners. Today’s economy is new and exciting. Let’s stop fighting its ability to adapt. Let’s seek to be a local link. Let’s ring in the new year with a new groove, a new lease on life… Or whatever cliche can help bring about our best tomorrow.

Have a safe and joyful holiday, and Happy New Year to all!
