Your Month One Assessment for 2021, Assessment Analysis tips

Adapt & Thrive Mastermind, January 28th

As we wrap up January, you might have just finished your business planning for this year. Perhaps you’re gearing up for an assessment of how this first month went. Maybe you haven’t thought about any of it yet. Whichever mindset you’re in, we encourage you to set a few February goals for yourself, and consider doing a brief analysis of your business metrics from this past month.

Mastermind Takeaways:

  • Pointers for reviewing your business metrics:
    • To make the process less of a hassle, automate it! Make your life easier by finding a simple dashboard software that takes some of the work off your plate.
    • What goals are you monitoring each month? Outreach, SEO, lead generation, closed deals, etc? Choose just 1-2 top goals, and don’t stress about the rest.
  • Use a timer app to help you stay on track throughout the day. You can also use a task management software (you can check out Monday.com from our business tools page) to keep on top of projects.
  • To boost your social media productivity, you can schedule posts ahead of time. Some might benefit from making a calendar to post on certain days of the week. Others like setting a goal to post X number of times each month.
  • Provide evidence that you believe in your product or service and that you care about the customer, company, or community you’re serving. Observe your target audience and be a good listener. Show that you’re consistent in meeting their needs and wants.
