Celebrating 1 Year of Masterminds!
We’ve all changed through this past year. We’ve met challenges head-on, overcome many obstacles, and grown wiser. We have adapted, pivoting when necessary, to help our businesses thrive. This month (in fact, this very week!), we are celebrating our one-year anniversary! On March 26th, 2020, a group of small business owners and managers met together over Zoom to discuss how to navigate the rapidly-changing world.
The goal: Adapt to Thrive. And we have!
Anniversary Mastermind Takeaways:
- Layer habits over long periods of time. Change doesn’t happen overnight, so be patient with yourself and be persistent in forming productive and healthy work/life habits.
- Make it part of your job to stay connected to others. Perhaps even reconnect with someone you haven’t reached out to in a while.
- One positive side-effect of going virtual is that we no longer have limitations! We can now connect and do business with people from all over the world. Take advantage of that opportunity!
- Worry can be counterintuitive. Instead, think of what you want more of this year, as well as what you want less of. When you have a couple ideas for each category, then you can start to create a game plan.
- Keep looking forward! What is next for your business? For you? Even if your next step is a big 180 degree pivot, that is still a step of progress! Keep moving, one step at a time, and Don’t Give Up.
