This week we enjoyed another fantastic networking session with local business owners and managers. These events have become a collaboration of minds, helping each other to solve problems and overcome obstacles, we can help shift your perspective with our Mastermind!
Adapt & Thrive Mastermind, April 16th Our Top Takeaways:
- Do something you’ve always done to market your product or service, but in a slightly new/different way. Shift your perspective a bit, and get creative with what you currently have available to generate revenue.
- Sometimes, you just have to double down: previous promotions can work now, but you might need to change how you offer them, how you provide them, and how the value may be perceived.
- Continue checking in with your customers! If you have a catalogue of clients, perhaps through email sign up or from a past event, reach out to them. Remind them you are still here to serve, and offer something they may need to get through this time!
- If this is a slower time for you, can you use it as an opportunity to survey your customers’ opinions? Create polls or questionnaires to ask what they need, what they value or would change about your business, etc.
- “There is no such thing as expansion without roadblocks.” (Thank you, Colleen Valadez, for this quote!) Keep viewing this time as a growth opportunity, and push forward!
We challenge each of you to invite 3 friends to join you at the next Adapt & Thrive event! If you have any connection requests, please let us know by emailing my@locallinks.online.
