Matt Quirk, our A&T host and owner of GetQuirked!, walked us through his tried-and-true advice for creating content that will pique your clients’ interest.

  1. Go to the Internet and listen to the conversations of your customer base. Take notes about recurring questions, problems, and themes. Then use your content to answer those questions and solve those issues.
  2. Where to look for what your customers want to know:
    1. Google
    2. Quora
    3. Industry specific forums
    4. Facebook/LinkedIn groups
    5. Your existing customers
  3. Get your business signed up on Google My Business, so that you can be part of the search results when people ask the Internet questions related to your product or service.
  4. Don’t be shy about giving away your best-kept trade secrets! Your customers will be more eager to like, trust, and follow your business if you show them how much you’re willing to give them the information and value they deserve.
  5. Lead with your experience. Show that you know what you’re talking about when it comes to your industry. Highlight the strengths, expertise, and skillset your team brings to the game.
